Caregivers

Our Caregivers

Your loved one may just need help around the house with meal preparation, light housekeeping and friendly reminders to take medications.

However, they may need more specialized care when recovering from surgery after leaving a skilled nursing facility. Or your family member may have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and their spouse can’t keep up with their needs and diminished capacity.

You need to know that Home Health Care Inc. is a trusted organization you can turn to with the skilled nursing experience and training necessary to keep your loved one thriving at home.

Licensed & Certified. All of Home Health Care, Inc.’s private duty caregivers meet the stringent training and certification standards required for a state-licensed agency, including background checks, updated certifications if applicable and health exams. Our bonded and insured caregivers are not independent contractors.

Companionship & Play. Studies have shown that a support system and mental stimulation play positive roles in the aging process and can allow the elderly to better maintain their independence. Our visiting nurses come into the home with a positive, upbeat attitude, actively engage in conversation and discover what interests their patients. Card games, puzzles or even a discussion of current events keep our patients engaged with the world around them and mentally alert.

Reliable Care. We think matching the caregiver’s personality to your loved one is just as important as their medical expertise, and we try to provide continuity of care so that just a few caregivers are involved and become familiar with each case. Whether your family member needs just four hours a week of housekeeping and transportation or 24-hour care for dementia, we offer the experience, caring and expertise that you can trust since 1987.

Home Health Care Inc. is based in Santa Rosa, California and offer at home health care services throughout Sonoma County, including Bodega Bay, Cazadero, Cloverdale, Cotati, Geyserville, Guerneville, Healdsburg, Kenwood, Petaluma, Rio Nido, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Sonoma, Ukiah and Windsor.
